In the Pre-Concept Stage, our architects present a variety of design styles to help you explore different aesthetics. We kick off the project by understanding your preferences through a response study and then create room-specific presentations that capture the initial direction of your space. This phase sets the creative foundation and ensures that your vision is accurately translated from the start.

During the Conceptual Stage, we refine the design by developing a final furniture layout based on the approved roomwise presentations. Our team works meticulously to tag and position every piece of furniture on the architectural plans. This phase also includes finalizing the room-specific design details and preparing an initial interior estimate, ensuring that both style and budget are aligned.

In the Design Development Stage, our ideas take shape through detailed planning and visualization. We produce comprehensive contact sheets and 2D drawings that capture every aspect of your interior spaces, including fixed furnishings. Realistic 3D views are then developed, allowing you to visualize the final outcome. Additionally, we prepare a detailed furniture Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct market surveys to ensure that every element meets our high-quality standards. Sampling and moodboards are curated to showcase the textures and finishes that will define your space.

The Tender Stage is where our designs are compiled into a comprehensive package. We provide final 3D views, moodboards, and interior BOQs along with precise furniture layout drawings. Detailed part plans and contact sheets are developed, including wall elevations, flooring patterns, and sophisticated ceiling designs. This package ensures that every design element—from glass works to automation—is clearly defined before moving forward with execution.

In the Working Drawing Stage, our designs are transformed into execution-ready documents. We create detailed roomwise and spacewise drawings that include wall elevations, flooring patterns, and ceiling layouts. These drawings incorporate vendor-driven shop drawing details and typical installation specifics, ensuring that every aspect of the design can be executed flawlessly on site. Critical areas, such as bathrooms, receive dedicated part plans covering fixtures, counters, and lighting details.

This stage focuses on finalizing materials and finishes to ensure a harmonious design. We engage in a comprehensive selection process for elements like wall cladding, stones, tiles, and inlays, as well as key components such as hardware, railings, and furniture. Through market surveys and detailed presentations, every choice is carefully considered to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Collaboration with specialized vendors is integral to our process. During this phase, vendor-based shop drawings are developed for custom installations such as external cladding, kitchen layouts, wardrobes, and automation systems. These detailed drawings cover all aspects of the design, including glass partitions, metal works, lighting, and decorative features, ensuring every element is executed with precision.

In the final stage, we ensure seamless integration with external vendors to complete specialized installations. Whether it’s a pool, water feature, sauna, gym, or solar panels, all external elements are coordinated and confirmed.
